Delivery

Please allow 4 weeks to receive your delivery.

*If you ordered PVC Panels as well as Deckorator handrails, post sleeves or post caps, please expect these to arrive in two or three separate deliveries.

We use UPS freight and Estes Freight for most of our freight deliveries. UPS or Estes will be contacting you to schedule a date and time window for your deliveries, once it has been picked up by the carrier. UPS and Estes offer curbside delivery, meaning they will deliver your crate to the bottom of your driveway. If you have a long driveway, we recommend meeting them with a truck that they can load the crate onto, so you can drive it to your front door or wherever you would like it to be!

The PVC Panels and Deckorator handrails will arrive boxed in several boxes (depending on the size of your order) and strapped to a pallet. Please ask the driver to clip the snaps so you can offload the boxes 1 by 1. They will be lightweight and manageable this way. This means you will not need a liftgate for any delivery.

If you ordered our screen doors or bed swings, these will arrive in a large wooden crate, and come with a liftgate service (unless the door quantity is only 1). To open your crate, use a drill with a Phillips head bit to unscrew one side of the crate, and then remove its contents.

Refunds & Exchanges

We are always very up front about all of our products being made to order, and therefore non-refundable. Although we do our best to provide the most accurate quotes based on the drawings and images we receive, the fact is you are there and we are here, and you can see things we cannot. So ultimately it is up to the buyer / builder to ensure that the sizes and quantities in the order are accurate. This goes for our custom railing panels especially.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item damaged, that is another issue! Please inspect all boxes / crates carefully upon arrival. If there appear to be any damages, please notify the shipper so that they can make a note of this in their records. If it is apparent that a box / product is completely unusable, you may refuse that package. Please send us photographs and a list of all items damaged, so we can help you receive your replacement parts.
