The Lynnville Farm Bed Swing

The Lynville Farm Bed Swing is one that is very near and dear to our hearts. We have family ties to a 100 year old barn out in Lynnville, TN where we harvest the wood for our barn wood swings and trays. We thought this popular, simple yet elegant design would be the perfect fit to commemorate our family and its history in Lynnville.

Our expert craftsman selects the perfect boards for color and texture that make the most of the woods’ aged appearance and natural patina. Following the construction, the wood is textured with a wire brush and then oiled with a 100% natural wood finish made from beeswax, linseed oil, tung oil, citrus extract and pine rosin.

The outcome? A beautiful, dark, oiled swing bed that blends together expert craftsmanship and classic, elegant design with the natural imperfections of old barnwood. And not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it is functional as well. Like all of our swing beds, the back can be adjusted to convert it from a bed to a swing in one easy step.
