The PorchCo Hermitage Sleeve and Cap Kit is made entirely from PVC. It is made to fit over a structural 4×4 or 6×6 post, which is not provided by us. Our PVC products will withstand the weather requiring very little maintenance, and they will last for years. This is a beautiful PVC sleeve and cap that can be painted if desired (that’s unheard of!). For PVC painting instructions, please click here. This kit comes in three sizes: Our smaller size fits over a 4×4 post, with outside dimensions of 4.75″ x 4.75″. Our medium size fits over a 6×6 post, with outside dimensions of 6.75″ x 6.75″. Our largest size has an outside dimension of 11.75″ x 11.75″. This kit also comes in black or white, and either can be painted the color of your choosing!
Version 2.0 has a post skirt with slightly more detail–designed so your skirt can fit over the post anchor of your choice, should you need one.
Enjoy the look of painted wood with a low maintenance product that will never rot. (Shhh… they’ll never know it’s PVC).
